High Environmental Value and Bio conversion

In 2019, we began raising the awareness of High Environmental Value certification with wine suppliers .This involved the launch of dynamic though environmentally friendly practices: biodiversity, control of fertilization and the use of phytosanitary products.

Supervised by the Chamber of Agriculture and private organizations, the majority of Saumur and Angevine viticulture obtained HVE3 certification enabling us to use it on the Crémant de Loire and Saumur cuvées.

The Clos Elisa located above our cellars produces our Cuvee Elisa. This wine obtained certification in 2019 and that same year we launched a conversion to organic farming which will last 3 years. 2023 is our first organic vintage which should be on sale in 2027.

Respect the environment

Chers clients,
